How Click & Collect Works

After several years of operating as a cash-and-carry, we rebranded ourselves as a Click-and-Collect center, serving both the wholesale and retail sectors equally.

Our product range is well-suited for bulk purchases such as takeaway, restaurant and wholesalers, we could offer them an extensive product categories belonging to Ambient, Chilled and Frozen food types.

The cash and carry model was time taking as customers had to wait to order and as a business owner one does not have the time to spend all day shopping. So we decided, all these problems can be solved by Click and Collect service. Once registered with Click and Collect website, you can simply go to our online portal and order from there and pay via your credit card. Then while you leave your shop to collect your order, your order is already packed and waiting for you at your nearest Freshways Click and Collect center. Another advantage you have is access to our special promotions which we update on a monthly basis on our website.
